I listened to Mel Robbins’ podcast on Monday about getting motivated and it started with “when the alarm goes off in the morning, get your fu$&ing ass out of bed”. I needed a kick in the pants too. 2024 hasn’t been amazing but it’s just getting started. Today’s a year since my friend died and last night I decided today was going to be about living. It’s easy to forget sometimes how privileged we are to do it. My friend was an astrophysicist and today we found out an asteroid ☄️ is being named after him. Keep on keeping on, Jamie.

This! Love the vulnerability and hope you are able to push yourself into this uncomfortable version. No one sees the work that goes into the finished product. Start today. Don’t be afraid to be a different version of success. Thanks for sharing!

My sister and I just launched our own podcast last week. Is it perfect? No. Are we having a ton of fun making it? Yes. It’s our podcast, it can be whatever the hell we want it to be! And so can yours Jamie.

This all hits home. Not public speaking or writing a book, because that's definitely NOT my thing, but it still applies. I've stayed too long in places/situations that are comfortable because I don't like to be uncomfortable or vulnerable. I've tried to get better about that but find myself too afraid of making changes.

Thank you. I hope this year treats you well, and that you treat yourself well also.

A bit late to the party reading this one, but gosh I relate to so much of it. I am so excited to read the second book Jamie, I really am. I'm so glad to have you in my corner for my 2024 and you know for sure I'm in yours.

I love and deeply appreciate the vulnerability of this post! It’s inspired me to sit down and call myself out on things I’m doing to get in my own way. Thank you so much for sharing!
