Also: I'm speaking in Virginia on Thursday. A sweet quote from Google.
I’m flying to Asheville tomorrow, then driving to Abingdon, Virginia for Thursday’s speaking event. After that I’ll head to Nashville, where my online store is based. I would love to sign a poster or a book for you or someone in your life.
When you order at JamieTworkowski.com, simply leave a note with the name (or names) you want me to write. If you have any questions, please email merch@jamietworkowski.com. This ends Thursday (8/3) and I’ll be signing everything on Friday. Thanks for your support!

A few weeks back I had the chance to speak to a group of engineers who work at a little company called Google. Yesterday a really sweet quote came in from the event host. It was a fresh wind for my sails and I hope you know that feeling. I’m sharing here in case you want to show your boss, so that I can come encourage your coworkers, students, classmates, or friends.
As always, I’m grateful to the team at Collective Speakers for all the hard work that goes into creating and managing the speaking events I get to be part of. If you’re interesting in making something happen, you can learn more here and you can also email Sean Lawton: sean@collectivespeakers.com
September 10 is World Suicide Prevention Day and it’s also the start of National Suicide Prevention Week in America. The month as a whole is an important one for mental health. I’m hoping to be busy sharing resources, reducing stigma, and letting people know that life is always worth living.
August Coaching:
I’ve been loving the one-on-one conversations in recent weeks. My clients and I have been talking about everything from career changes to seeking meaning and purpose to prioritizing friendship and self-care. If you’re curious, there’s more info here.
That’s all for now. Thank You for reading this. Thank You for caring. Thanks for your continued support.
Upcoming small-group conversations: Thursday, 8/17 - “I Wish I Had More Friends”
Wednesday, 8/23 - “I’m in a Season of Change”
For the first time in months, there is an open spot in the Sunday group I lead. We’re taking this weekend off, but will be meeting three times in August.
