If You Feel Too Much 10-Year Anniversary Event
Join me Thursday (7/10) for some reading, some reflecting, and some Q&A.
Thursday is the big day! I hope you’ll join me at 8pm ET for this special online event, as we celebrate 10 years of If You Feel Too Much. I’ll read a few of my favorite stories from the book, take a couple requests, and share some thoughts looking back from the perspective of a decade down the road. We’ll close things out with Q&A. If Thursday night doesn’t work for you, the good news is that each ticket purchase comes with a recording of the event. So if you aren’t able to be there as it happens, you can still check out the entire thing.
In addition to Thursday’s event, I’m revisiting the entire book—all 44 stories—right here on Substack. The first post, which went up last week, covers the various pieces that introduce IYFTM. Yesterday’s post took me back two decades, as the book opens with writing from my sales rep years. If you would like to take this journey with me, I’d love for you to read along. You’re also invited to join the conversation in the comments and the chat, when you become a paid subscriber.
I’ve been loving my coaching & consulting work lately. If you’re feeling stuck or if this is a season of significant change for you, please know that I’m available to help. You can learn more about booking a session here.
Another part of my work that I continue to enjoy? Public speaking! Next month I head to Sioux Falls and in September I’m booked to speak in Milwaukee. If you need a speaker for an upcoming event, whether it’s related to mental health, suicide prevention, or something else, I hope you will reach out.
There are shirts, posters and a few signed books available in my online store. Is there an EVER GET HOME poster with my dog Gracie on it? Yes. Is there a shirt? Also yes.
